PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
As KepGuide ("KepGuide", "Company" or "We"), we pay the highest degree of attention to ensuring the privacy of your personal data and processing your data in accordance with the legislation while performing the services we offer to you, our guests. Under this clarification text prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law" / "KVKK") and GDPR regulations, we would like to inform you about the following subjects:
Personal data are shared with KepGuide during visits to properties, calls made through the call center, during visits to the website, or when registering and making a reservation, or during communications established via email with customer service or other KepGuide employees.
User and Visitor information is processed by KepGuide within the limits of Articles 4 and 5 of the KVKK as specified below. Special categories of personal data specified in Article 6 are processed and used only if separately and explicitly declared by the user/visitor under the conditions specified in the said article.

Marketing Communications
Provided that explicit consent has been given by the user/visitor for marketing communications; name, surname, phone number, and email address are processed to send commercial electronic messages and inform you about promotions and advertisements, based on the legal grounds in Article 5 of the KVKK and GDPR. If explicit consent is given, demographic data, occupational details, and behavioural transaction data regarding vacation and accommodation preferences are processed to present tailored marketing activities. The given explicit consent can be withdrawn by the user/visitor at any time.
Methods of Data Collection
Data can be collected directly and indirectly. Identity, contact, and financial details are obtained through forms filled out by the data owner, and communication channels (post, phone, email, and similar communication tools). In case of interaction with the website or digital platforms; transaction security, usage, technical data, and traffic details can be processed automatically through cookies, server logs, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies. Data processing activities carried out in this context are conducted under the KVKK, GDPR, and the current Cookie Policy.
Data Transfer
Personal data may be transferred to third parties based on specific legal reasons. Personal data are in no way disclosed or made accessible by the data controller to unauthorized third parties for benefit. In order to provide package tours and travel organization services; personal data may be shared with accommodation service providers (hotels and similar facilities), airlines, transport companies, insurance firms, and suppliers. Since the website, email, and payment systems operate globally, transferring your data to services utilizing international cloud infrastructure is necessary. Your information is also processed with AI systems whose service providers may be located abroad, requiring the transfer of data internationally.
Personal data can be transferred to suppliers providing digital platform management, IT infrastructure, hosting, and similar operational services. To realize payment transactions, personal data are transferred to banks and payment service providers. Stored data can also be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations under legal provisions, judicial decisions, or administrative requests.
