USER AGREEMENT AND WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

This website is provided for the purpose of viewing the availability of products and services subject to reservation, making valid bookings with relevant suppliers, or carrying out other lawful transactions. No other use is intended.

For accessing and using this website, you must have the legal capacity to enter into agreements and be at least 18 years of age. The account holder is responsible for all financial obligations arising from the use of this website. The account holder is held responsible for transactions even if the account is used without authorization by third parties, including individuals under 18 years of age.

The relevant user is responsible for any legal or criminal consequences that may arise from providing misleading, incomplete, or untrue information. Bookings made for speculative, false, malicious, or fraudulent purposes are prohibited.

If the booking infrastructure is subjected to transactions that are excessive, systematic, or constitute abuse (DDoS attacks, bot/script usage, inventory hoarding); access to this website may be restricted, suspended, or completely blocked. In this case, the user cannot claim any rights or compensation.

1. Intellectual Property Rights and Database Protection

General Protection Scheme: All content provided within the platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software code, algorithms, interface design, and information architecture, belongs to KepGuide and is protected under the relevant Intellectual Property and Industrial Property laws. Reverse engineering, data mining, or copying processes are strictly prohibited.

Database Right (Sui Generis): The price, availability, and hotel databases created within the platform are original and under legal protection. It is forbidden to extract all or a substantial part of the database with automated tools (bots, web scrapers, spiders, etc.) or to publish it on other platforms. Otherwise, it constitutes a direct infringement of rights.

User Material and License: Reviews, comments, and photos submitted to the platform are deemed to be shared under a worldwide, perpetual, transferable, and royalty-free license. The user guarantees that the shared content does not violate the rights of third parties.

Notice & Takedown Procedure: If it is claimed that the platform content violates the intellectual property rights of third parties, a notification must be sent to KepGuide with documents proving ownership as required by legal regulations. The person making the notification is responsible for damages arising from malicious notices.

2. User Information and Processing of Personal Data

During the filling out of forms on KepGuide.com, users may not share content that harms the legal rights of others, is provocative, or is unlawful. Users may not advertise or sell for commercial purposes through the site.

If the user registers with false details or details not belonging to them, or tries to use discount/campaign codes fraudulently, the account will be canceled.

6. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Turkish Law will apply to any dispute arising from the implementation, interpretation, and use of this Agreement.

Alanya Courts and Execution Offices are exclusively authorized in legal disputes that may arise between the parties. By using the platform, the user accepts this jurisdiction agreement in advance.
